Fruit & yogurt. But for a regular cake or cookie you substitute half of the butter with applesauce and use splenda instead of sugar.

homemade fruit salad with orange juice instead of sugary syrup topped with yoghurt or cored apple stuffed with sultanas and drizzled with honey baked for a few minutes in microwave or oven about fifteen minutes again with yoghurt instead of cream

My coworker made these for the office birthday treat for a lady who was on weight watchers – it was worth 1 point.
Take one tub of light cool whip and beat in 6 tblsp of light peanut butter. When that is done, use either a thin, chocolate wafer cookie or a nilla wafer and place one in the bottom of a cupcake paper. Spoon a heaping tablespoon on top of the cookie and spread to cover the cookie – freeze and serve!
If you have ever had drumstick cake, this tastes the same without all the fat and calories. When I make them, I will drizzle a bit of chocolate sauce on top in patterns for presentation but the original recipe is great too! Enjoy!!

Buy the Weight Watchers dessert cookbook wherever they have their meetings.

Buy chocolate grahm crackers, off brand fine if they have it. Buy fat free cool whip. Take one sheet of cracker, break on the line so it is in half. Make a cool whip sandwich. Put in a tuperware or freezer bag and freeze. These are delicious just dont make too many or you will eat too many.

A great snack is Kellogs Special K Chocolatey Delight. It tastes soo good and has bits of chocolate it it. Just buy the small snack size zip locks and make you some to grab or take to the movies etc. These are soo good.
